Musings on Museums

After what can only be described as an Indian summer, Paris’ weather has taken a turn for the chilly and autumn has confirmed that it’s here to stay. The sun has gone back into hiding, and big gray clouds loom menacingly over the city’s skyline. While it’s a welcome change to dig out plush knit sweaters and buttery leather jackets from the backs of our armoires, it’s with a bit of melancholy that we realize that the days of sipping an apéro on one of Paris’ legendary terraces are over for a while.

Fortunately, there are many fine indoor options for enjoying some leisure time outside of the home. With Paris’ expansive choice of museums and galleries, there is sure to be something to please every member of the family, young and old.
